Residents in Langhorne, Langhorne Manor, Lower Southampton, Middletown, Penndel, and New Hope/ Solebury are being asked to participate in a voluntary water restriction. These water conservation efforts include: temporarily keep from using your irrigation system on your lawn or garden, not washing your car or filling swimming pools, and any non-essential use of water to conserve and prevent unnecessary water loss and allow aquifers to recharge at a sufficient rate. Sewer Specifications

All sanitary sewer projects are handled on a project specific basis, however, the typical steps and the normal order of these steps are as follows:

1. Application for Preliminary Sewage Service Agreement;
2. Execution of Preliminary Sewage Service Agreement;
3. Determination of availability of service and estimate of escrow and set-aside amounts, if appropriate.

If the project is in accordance with municipal planning, then the review process continues as follows:

4. Sewer design review and approval;
5. Execution of Final Sewage Service Agreement and Set-Aside Agreement;
6. Shop drawing review;
7. Preconstruction meeting;
8. Construction/Inspection;
9. Testing, punch list completion and Flow Release Forms;
10. As-built drawing and easement description review;
11. Dedication Documents review and approval; and,
12. Acceptance for dedication.
